The owner of a book shop (Kellie Martin) organises for a wild west show to come to town but when one of the actors is shot she starts to investigate with the help of her friends (Nina Siemasko and Clarence Williams III). This is typical of the series of Mystery Woman films, though with a slightly different slant with the western theme. As with other films in the series Kellie Martin and Nina Siemaszko as pleasant but with slightly bland characters to work with.
